Growing with clubs, brands, and partners
Motivation and problem formulation
Sports AI products require ecological validity: detectors, SoV models, and agents must be tested on real competitions, rights constraints, and desk workflows. That implies partnerships — but partnership marketing often collapses into implied endorsements. We formulate this post as collaboration epistemology: how we work with clubs, brands, federations, and program partners, what logo presence means, and how case studies and evals should be read.
Architecture schematic (qualitative).
What “trusted-by” means here
The Eagle Eye trusted-by / logo strip has included organisations such as Al Ain FC, ARISF, ATP, BKFC, Boston, Coca-Cola, Deportivo Cali, Ford, Hopman Cup, Makarska Open, Nintendo, PlayStation, TFF, Thailand, UADE, UAE FA, Vitaene, WTA, Xbox, with program partners such as AWS Startups, Microsoft for Startups, and NVIDIA Inception.
Published case materials under Resources include, among others: Chelsea FC Season 2025-26 Data Insights; FIFA World Cup 2026 Case Study; WTA Makarska Open 2022 analysis; Al Ain FC AFC Champions League case study; Bare Knuckle FC Dubai report; Ford Middle East PR case study; Makarska Open WTA TV rights distribution; and thematic studies such as Crisis Reputation on X, Transfer News, and Women’s Football and the Media. Several of those PDFs are image-only scans; we cite them by title where numeric extraction is out of scope.

Evaluation collaboration program (design)
We invite structured collaboration in three tracks: (1) Measurement pilots — Sponsorlytix coverage on agreed competitions with auditable exports; (2) Monitoring desks — Dantani SoV / multilingual packages with clear competitor sets; (3) Model eval panels — blinded desk tasks for Koba / StatGost-style workflows when access is available. Partners may optionally co-publish case studies; co-publication is not required for pilots.

Comparison — reading signals carefully
| Signal | What it usually means | What it does not mean |
|---|---|---|
| Logo on trusted-by strip | Appeared in marketing / relationship materials | Exclusive global contract |
| Named case study PDF | Scoped study with stated methods/outputs | Ongoing retainer unless stated |
| Startup program badge | Program membership (e.g. cloud/GPU programs) | Product endorsement of all claims |
| Client Login CTA | There is a customer surface | Public demo credentials |
Evaluation table (program KPIs we track internally)
| Metric | Definition | Unit | Protocol | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Scope clarity score | Checklist completeness before pilot start | % | Kickoff audit | — |
| Rights sign-off | Media rights confirmed pre-ingest | pass/fail | Legal gate | — |
| Case claim accuracy | Public PDF claims match delivered methods | % | Editorial review | Internal eval — contact sales |
| Logo misuse incidents | Unauthorized implication of endorsement | count | Quarterly review | — |
Limitations and failure modes
- Logo washing: implying contracts from strip presence.
- Case-study overgeneralization: one tournament ≠ universal accuracy.
- Image-only PDFs block text extraction — we do not hallucinate their figures.
- Uneven geographic coverage across published case materials relative to the suite’s global positioning.
Safety and responsible use
Partnerships involving athlete data, fan imagery, or crisis monitoring require explicit rights and privacy review. Evaluation collaborators should expect data-minimization defaults and clear deletion paths at pilot end unless a longer agreement exists.
What’s next / availability
For measurement, monitoring, or eval-panel collaboration, contact sales via the Eagle Eye site. For public evidence, prefer named case PDFs over logo strips. Suite products remain available through their respective surfaces (Sponsorlytix, Dantani Sports, and announced models).
Appendix — glossary
