Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Eagle Eye. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Eagle Eye lab websites and services, including Sponsorlytix, Estimator, Dantani Sports, Dantani Terminal, Turtul, Koba, StatGost, dashboards, portals, AI models, APIs, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
- "Eagle Eye," "we," "our," or "us" means the Eagle Eye lab and its operating companies providing the Services.
- "User," "you," or "your" means the individual or entity using the Services.
- "AI Models" means proprietary models developed for sports, sponsorship, media, piracy, scouting, and related intelligence.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to use the Services.
3. Accounts
Access to certain features may require an account we register for you. You agree to keep information accurate and to safeguard credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the Services only in compliance with applicable law.
- Do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Services.
- Do not misrepresent model outputs as independent third-party audits without context.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Fees for season, event, brand, portal, or other plans are communicated in the sales process and invoiced before payment is accepted. Fees are generally billed in advance and non-refundable unless required by law. We may change fees with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual property
All IP in the Services — software, models, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is owned by Eagle Eye or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business use only.
You may not copy, redistribute, or publicly share Service content (including charts, screenshots, dashboards, or model artefacts) without prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Information obtained through the Services is confidential unless we say otherwise. Do not disclose algorithms, model details, non-public metrics, or screenshots to third parties or public channels without written permission.
8. Data and privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring data you supply is accurate and that you have rights to use it with the Services.
9. Lab products and outputs
Eagle Eye products may provide sponsorship measurement, media monitoring, rights and broadcast intelligence, piracy detection support, valuation estimates, scouting signals, and sports statistics. Outputs are decision-support tools — not legal, financial, or compliance advice. Validate critical decisions with your own processes.
10. Refunds
Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused Services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or we reasonably believe you have. On termination, your right to use the Services ends and you must destroy copies of Service materials in your possession.
12. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagle Eye is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Services.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eagle Eye and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
